I purchased a eSIM card, but it failed to activate it, and now my phone is out of service. what can I do now?

Try these below:
- Reset your Network Settings & reboot your phone
- In cellular settings make sure that “ Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’)
- In your Cellular Network Settings manual select Public Mobile instead of Automatic

@ka8000 Have you rebooted the phone or reset network settings see if that helps. . If no luck please submit ticket with support to fix
