transfer number issue

Recenty I've switched to public mobile. However, I passed the 90 minute number transfer authorization text, so my number did not transfer. 

I went on my profile to manually type in all of the information again to proceed my transfer number, but when I tried to submit it, it said that there was an error proceeding the request. There was no * to point out any errors.

I tried to submit a ticket later on, but again I encountered another issue sending the ticket. Lastly, I decided to contact the CS Agent on behalf of the issue yesterday, but still awaiting for response. I want to fix this issue ASAP, is there any alternative solutions to this transfer number issue?

I will private message you the Telus porting team number.  This number is only used for porting issues.  However, the service may be closed at the present time. You may need to call the number in the morning.
