How will I know when my ticket has been answered? I am waiting to hear back about porting my previous number over from Koodo....

After submitted a ticket, check your private message SENT folder for their ticket which they just created. Click the envelop icon at the top right corner to access your private message mailbox.
If you cannot find your ticket in your SENT box, you did not create your support ticket yet. Also monitor your INBOX for any reply from moderator.

@grace_ll You will see a number on the up right side of the page, on the envelope. Mods respond usually up to 48 hours.

@grace_ll it usually takes netween 2 to 48 hours.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue.
- If you need to, you can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email. Go to your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save.

@grace_ll Watch the "envelope" icon top right, it will show when you have a new message from the Mods or anyone else.
