MMS stopped working on Feb 28. It worked fine up till then. I've gone through the chatbot, reset APN settings, etc.
My question: I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. Is the problem simply that my phone is no longer supported for MMS?
Solved! Go to Solution.

This is incredible! Thank you!
I can't believe it.... i was able to send my first MMS in days now by changing the APN to upper case. I am so grateful that you found a solution and that you posted it for me. I love my S6 for its size and ruggedness, so I wasn't too happy that it looked like I would have to give it up. But now, it's working once more! Thank you again.

Hey! So I just went through the exact same issue as you on my Galaxy S6. Many tickets later and a solution was found: after changing all the other access point settings to what they recommended, in the end it was changing the APN to all capital letters. That did it.
So in our case the full settings will be:
Name: Public Mobile
APN: SP.MB.COM
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Mobile virtual network operator value: 4D
Let me know if this works for you, too!

These are the new settings required. Leave everything else unchanged.
There's no MMSC proxy, it's a typo from the bot I think.
Don't worry about 4G. It's not related to MMS.

Thank you, I did what the bot told me: Name: Public Mobile, APN sp.mb.com MMSC http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc MMS Proxy 74.49.0.18 MMS Port 80 MCC 302 MNC 220
The only oddity is the MMS Proxy setting which i set to 74.49.0.18 while the bot said to set MMSC proxy to 74.49.0.18 I don't have an MMSC proxy setting
My network mode is LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) I don't have a 4G option of any kind. This is why I'm wondering if it's the phone capability. Really appreciate your help.

It should work on S6. Can you post your APN settings?

Unfortunately some phones will no longer support MMS.
