Hello there,
I had purchased an international call, however couldn't use at all. I wonder that is it possible to switch this purchased international call to my data use? Because I can't get refund, and always have short data.

As long as you didn't make any LD calls, you can contact a CS_Agent and explain that it was a mistake and ask for a credit to your account.
