order a Sim Card last week. I got confirm email say "A shipment from order 90614 is on the way" In Nov 09 18:52.
But i still didn't receive sim card. Can you help me check does the card is send to my home?

Same here.
I placed the order on Nov 7 and received shipping notice on Nov 9 6:53PM.
Still no sim card. Any update? My order # is 90458.

"Sorry to hear that you have not yet received SIM cards. They should arrive in urban centers within 1-2 business days. Shipments are also a bit slower since we Canada Post was closed this past Friday for Remembrance Day. If you ordered your SIM 3-4 or more business days ago, please PM me with your order number and mailing address, including apartment number, if necessary, and I will track down your SIM card for you."

I ordered mine on Saturday, the 11th. No shipping email. But it arrived yesterday (Tuesday) via CP Priority. So 2 business days and I'm in Vancouver (assuming it's shipped from ON). It's probably lost...
