nothing can be done to my account until one of them comes online? i had one helping me and he just dissapeared. at least bell doesn't do that

@kappathe3rd just create another ticket, maybe that moderator doesn't have enough experience dealing with your issue.

@kappathe3rd its not exactly like the chat agent with BELL the moderator could pop on and off. They also work together so your issue will be settled.

@kappathe3rd , there are moderators online at the moment. The ticketing system works on a first come first serve basis. If you have submitted a ticket, please wait patiently. It could take a few hours up to 48 hours depending on the workload.
