hello, im trying to activate my sim that i bought at walmart, i keep getting a message saying cannot activate sim

@50feuilles, First thing to try is to clear your browser's cache & run the browser in incognito/private mode. You should also try another browser (if you can), also in incognito/privacy mode.
Is there a more specific message?
