@mark23 I can't seem to find the network specs on that phone, but I suspect that since it was built for use on that Japanese carrier, it is not compatible with Public Mobile.

If you need an unlocked code for your phone, you will need to go back to the carrier source where the phone was obtained.  Other option would be too buy an unlock code from a third party source.
