i tried to find the password or the sim card many times and the phone bloked.... its talking about PUK something..... help!!

You will need a new sim and yes contact support for the code when you have the new sim. Explain this all to them.

i was in cuba last 10 days and since the web reception is ver poor i tried to play with the settings.... trying to find the sim card password and tried too many times... it blocked and now it is saying sim card not valid

the default sim pin was 1234 unless you changed it at some point. obviously the puk is a different code and you need to contact customer support for the puk code

Stop! Many times? We need to know exactly which PUK it wants. Is this a Samsung phone?
