Contact Moderators like this, make sure to tell them you're supplying an IMEI number to complete a number transfer.

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:

1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type moderator assistance, then select account-related issue, then select you need a human now.  Follow the prompts to submit a ticket,  or, 
2. Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Try these steps:

1. take off airplane mode
2. take off do not disturb
3. ensure the number calling you is not on blocked senders list
4. disable any call-forwarding features
5. turn off Bluetooth device if it's possible the 'ringing' is going through to it instead of device's speakers
6. remove and replace your SIM card
7. reset network connections
8. reboot device

@john881  Did you request a transfer of number from another carrier? If so, does your old SIM still work.

Did you ask for a number to be ported in?  If you did, that voicemail could be that of the service from your old carrier.
