I can't send messages and calls or receive calls.  I'm in Ontario the Hamilton area anyone else having this issue??

you might not be in Quebec but this affects more than Quebec and affects text and connection as well

try using 3G, change the network mode

Same here on Québec, temporaire fix put your phone on 3G until they fix the problem.

@Sue-s1  i think there is an issue with Public Mobile currently. 

Lots of complaints about this in the last 2 days.

Try restarting your phone.

Or reset the networks usually helps.
