The self serve page was down on my IOS but it works on my laptop. Maybe try logging in on a different device.

just make sure you remove the credit card autopay before you porting out your number.

Other than finding a window of operational...you can use the 611 to toggle off autopay.
If you're thinking of transfering your number elsewhere then be sure to do that and then the transfer will "cancel" the service anyway.
