trying to private message @CS_Agent but says no matches found. Unable to request refund and return instructions for recent phone purchase from May 19, 2023. Please advise. Thx.

Just tap the CS_Agent username in your post, tap "Send a Message", then type a subject, add the comments you wish to add, then Send Message.
