@computergeek541 there was another user here yesterday, insulting everyone that seemed to get a refund for the initial activation on a new plan and has probably moved on to Lucky.

@mihyazmurat pre-deposited $150 into the PM and cant ask for it back? Sorry may would have been a better word instead of  should .

I know which user you are speaking of, but that's really a case of someone getting it done by being very vocal.

Clearly, nothing is impossible, but officially, there are no refunds, nor should customers expect one.

I'm no sure why you say that the customer should be eligible for one. There are no refunds at Public Mobile. If someone topped up $150, it's almost certain the person isn't getting it back. I personally don't agree with this, but that is the policy that funds that are added to the account are final and can't be returned.

PM is a prepaid service.  There is no refund of the fund in your account.

7-11 Speakout is a prepaid service and they do not refund of any fund in people account.  Two year ago, I discovered PM right after I added a $100 topup voucher to my mother 7-11 account.  My mother waited 1 year to used up the fund before porting her number to PM.

PM is a prepaid service and is on month-to-month (no contract).  Don't add too much fund to your account to create a virtual contract for yourself to stay with PM.

@mihyazmurat  how did you get such a large positive balance?  If it was a system issue then you might get a refund. It take about a month to process.

If it was manually adding funds  on purpose then there is slim to no chance.

@mihyazmurat  If a refund is not possible maybe consider selling your account for like 50 cents on the dollar. Better than nothing.

@mihyazmurat , per the terms of service there are no refunds.  Why not just stay the duration and use up the remaining funds?

If that balance is from rewards and credits then I would say you can't get it out to real money.

If you deposited it there using your real money then maybe.

You would need to ask the moderator team anyway.
