i got overcharged when my subscription doesn’t even renew until another week or two, could i get that money back? helppp

hi @hvll3 

how you got overcharged? how much they overcharged?  Did you check My Account, Payment History page?

make remember PM cycle is every 30 days, not monthly.  Also, if you check Payment history, there will be 2 entries for renewal, one of inbound of the money to your account, one for showing they use the money to renew

but if you are sure they overcharged you, please check with PM support agent directly.   Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
