I would like to know how to get a refund for an accidental duplication of a payment?
I accidentally paid twice for a month of August. Towards the end of August I switched to Koodo. Since i am no longer a public mobile user and the duplicated payment will not be used for the month of September I would like to have a refund .

Unfortunately this is a prepaid service and like all prepaid celluar service refunds are not given out. If you were staying with PM it would be a credit for your next billed. I gussing you took the promotion with the $180 credit with Koodo. This is to cover any lost with leaving PM.
