Referrals can take a few days to appear. In order to be properly credited for a referral, your sister would have to have entered your phone number in the referral field during her activation, as it cannot be added afterward, not even by moderators. Just to be sure you are looking in the right place for your referrals, you would see them under Plan & Add-ons -> Rewards. Be sure to click the little arrow to expand the details:
If you don't see it, then you should contact a moderator. Click this Moderator_Team link to send a private message for assistance. Include your phone number, and your sister's phone number.
