Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

My son and daughters signed up under my account and I have lost the information to log in for them. I recently changed the plan and updated payment information for 2 of the accounts but the third account needs updated payment info and is inactive as of yesterday.

Thanks, I tried the forgot password and reset it but got the message that the password and email did not match.

I do not have the logins for all three kids.


@tclark you meant you don't remember the login for the 3rd account?? did you try using Forgot username or Forgot Password link there??

if that does not work, message support and they can sort out the logon issue

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
If you need to make payment urgently to resume service, you can get a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first
