There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

i do still have the old sim card so i just need someone to re-trigger the port request

You need to have your old account and SIM active still to receive it. If you still aren’t getting it, I would contact Public support to resend the request and then call your current provider who should be able to authorize the port over the phone on your behalf within the 90 minutes.
Your number doesn’t port unless you authorize it with your old provider.
