I have just paid for the 45$ plan - later I was transferred to the main screen so I can customize my plan ?? when I chose the same parameters - I activated my account and received a message that I am not able to call or get calls ????

 

the 45$ plan specify unlimited calls and text ??

what can I do now ?

Are you sure that originally you did not choose a 30-day plan and later you chose a 90-day plan, resulting in 3x the price?

Forgot to mention --- I got the promo plan $126/90 days 12 GB LTE but on their website there is no such options. The mod told me to choose other options instead and she made adjustment on her side to get the issue solved. So just send them private message and this can be solved easily and fast.

I had the same issue, couldn't fully use the service for in and out calls after payment. But I turned off and on the phone again. It worked fine. Perhaps you can try.

@dekelait, I am a little confused by what you mean with transferring to the main page?  During the activation process, you have a step where plan features are selected.  Once that is done and the payment step is done at the end, there are no more customizations.  What is selected and paid for is what you get.  Assuming that the activation was completed up to and including payment successfully, you should be able to login to the account and see what plan was purchased and the features in the plan.  In the event that you encountered an activation issue, you will need to seek help from a moderator to fix the account.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following link for information on contacting the moderator team.  Good luck, welcome to the service.
