@bolawell - can you try your sim card into another phone to see if you have services?\

If you do have services in another phone, check if your first phone is listed as blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

Not replying yet to the text message from Rogers wouldn't prevent all services from working. That would only affect incoming text messages and incoming calls.  I'm suspecting that the Apple activation failed or that Public Mobile didn't properly provision service to the Public Mobile SIM card.

@bolawell can you at least make outgoing calls?  Any error message showing on the status bar on top? anything like No SIM? SIM not provisioned? No Network?

 

If you cannot even  make outgoing calls,  it might be a sim card provisioning problem.  That would be an easy f9lix for PM and you just need to open ticket with them:

 

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
