porting from fm....

i noticed two days ago that i have a porting issue. i have messaged a couple "mod"'s and sent my personal info to them, but i havn't gotten a responce. (i did get the advice to speak to them from helpfull people on here....thank you.) how can i correct my porting issue? can anyone help?! please!!

Sorry to hear your issues, but with the great promo comes big wave of new customers that is overtasking the poor mods.  Hope your issues will be resolved soon.

2 days. I think pm should add a msg when user porting freedom.to join pm on this promo that there's a huge backlog. So they know what to expect. Notice lots of frustrated user.

There is no cure you can implement. You are stuck waiting for the moderators. Robot Frustrated

 

When, and to which moderator, did you send your private message? Perhaps, turn on email notification of private messages to see their response as soon as it arrives.

 

Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

Hi. There is not much you can do now - just wait until moderator come to resolve your particular problem. There are many people porting from Freedom Mobile and obviously moderators are busy now. I know it won't help you much but I can assure you you won't regret moving to Public Mobile. Just have a little more patience and moderators will solve your problems shortly. Good luck.
