portin from bell

hi i ported my number from Bell mobility, everything went well, i receive a text saying that porting done succesfully, i try to call the number and it dosnt work what to do ?

@kc676kc ,  whilst waiting for the moderators to respond, try @CannonFodder 's suggestion to reboot the phone. If that doesn't work turn the phone off again, remove the SIM wait 15 minutes reinsert the it and turn it on again.

C'mon people, the OP still hasn't replied to the above suggestion in bold..... that's what got my port fully working.... strangely enough, a port from Lucky(a Bell company)....

@kc676kc then your port is stuck and follow @mimmo 's advice to contact a moderator .

Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket )

@kc676kc try calling the voicemail your phone number  from another phone with with a 1 in front of the area code.

@kc676kc  do you get a number not in service.  or does it go straight to voicemail?  if yes is it the voicemail of your bell account?

if yes then probably you have a failed port.  and you need to contact the mods to resubmit the port.
