I tried to activate the new SIM card last Saturday morning and port in the old number from the virgin for my son, so far it still doesn't work. I tested it in two phones, both said no sim. It seems the sim card is damaged. so i bought second sim card. please help to fix the problem. please help me asap. it has been 4 days no service for my son.

due to the recent Black Friday deals, the Customer Support folks have said they're swamped busy. If you sent them a message on Sunday and haven't heard back, please send 'em another. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond...

The first sim was not fully activated, phone showed SOS, couldn't receive SMS, so couldn't login his account.

did you activate a new account on the 1st sim ? If so, now you gotta change the sim if you got a different PM sim...
