It's a bad idea to send more than one ticket out, if they figure it out they will have to coordinate it to one ticket and then get back to op, as a result it may actually take longer, not to mention that two people may have been charging stuff on the account.
Wait time for the original ticket may take 48 hours. If you don't get respond within 72 hours then go ahead and file another ticket.
If you already started talking to somebody, give them up to 24 hours to respond. If they don't then ask for follow-up by replying to the very last message you received from them. You will probably be assigned a new person, but conversation should pick up from the point it was left off, they will read through your previous conversations related to that particular ticket
Hope they get back to you soon

Other than moderators, you can use the Live Chat on the get started page.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-started
They are not moderator. But for pre-activation questions, they can give you the answer. BTW, we can give you the same answer or better.

If you have not heard back from them after 24 hours, i would send in another ticket/message to them.
In the meantime, is it something Your Community can perhaps assist you with?

Unfortunately no. You would have to submit a ticket to reach a moderator (PM employees). If you are waiting awhile for one to get back to you, perhaps send a couple of tickets? Not sure if this works but if it does, it may speed up the process.

@david12 hi no all help is online
to contact a moderator you can do so by clicking the chat bubble at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue
you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner .is there anything we can help you with here in the community?
