Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I upgraded my current plan to the $53 promo plan.  My old plan renews May 15 but I wanted it to take effect today...credit card was charged for new plan but My Account is still showing the new plan balance.  Do I have to do something else for it to take effect immediately?   Thanks

@hanna9, send a private message to a moderator and get them to fix the problem.  You may have encountered some sort of bug in the system.  If you need information on how to message a moderator, check out the link below.

but it's not working...data is not working, can only text.

If your plan was changed to new one, charged correct amount and services are working, then you don't need to do anything else.
