I upgraded my current plan to the $53 promo plan. My old plan renews May 15 but I wanted it to take effect today...credit card was charged for new plan but My Account is still showing the new plan balance. Do I have to do something else for it to take effect immediately? Thanks

If your plan was changed to new one, charged correct amount and services are working, then you don't need to do anything else.
