Did you reply to the sms from your previous provider to confirm the port?
You disabled the previous sim and enabled the Public Mobile sim?
If still not working, you can check with agents to confirm status.

we signed up with Public Mobile a week ago, and we still do not have any phone service. The service is still on my old phone. It has not been switched over to Public Mobile.
