@Lieux yes they could message the moderators, but depending on the request, this may well be something we can help with. The community can help give suggestions for plans if that's what they're looking for. Or we can help give them directions on how to schedule a plan change, etc. We should try to only steer people to contacting the moderator team when we have determined it's not something we can help with (requires account access, etc). In this case, we have very little to work with and should be focusing on asking questions to clarify the issue/question.
