I switched my phone number today and made a mistake by 1 number I am wondering how to register this sim with my old number

Can you clarify:

 

New customer activating, existing customer, changing number, or porting number here from elsewhere?

@nighthawk4   you meant you get a new number, and you don't like it.  Now you want your old number back (the number before you picked the new number earlier today)?

 

If that is the case, MAYBE PM support will help.  Likely will, but you have to discuss with them

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

You should probably reach out to a Customer Support Agent and have them fix that problem.
