hello !
I was change phone plan and move my phone number from freedom mobile to public mobile on sunday oct,21,2018 at walmart store, and the next day I found that my phone can't receive call and text message but can call out.I go back to store on oct,23,2018 after several hour they can't fix my problem then they gave me a tempory phone number .They told me to wait 24 to 72 hour before they can fix the problem,but untill today oct.29 still not fix my problem .I would like to keep that number because I gave this number for some reference so I need your help to fix it . THANK FOR HELP.

You have/ had a bad port. Your freedom account /sim likely still works.
To complete a port you need to contact mods expect 72+ hour gmreply time.
