As mentioned, this phone will work well with Public Mobile.
The "U" at the end of the model id denotes that this is the unlock model.

Yes, it will. Also, make sure that it is unlocked version.

It should, the SM-G930U should be the unlocked model and it runs the same bands that Public Mobile uses. Did you purchase it through a previous phone carrier?
