Hi,
I can't seem to make any calls from my phone. I can't receive them though. I had my son test out his phone cans he can't make calls out either.
Every time I try I get a msg indicating I can't make that call because I don't have a long distance plan. My son gets the same msg.
Is this a Public Mobile wide issue, as my son and I have seperate accounts??

@lxq1go @soph I just heard from the moderators that this was an outage and should be resolved now. Could you please try again? If still not working, try rebooting your phone and test again.

Same problem (still) , All topped up with $$$ and unable to make local calls, must be widespread, never have had a problem before!

It’s speculation there’s an outage. No estimated time to repair as no one knows how to get in touch with PM technical. Check back often and check your phone’s outgoing calls regularly.
