My sister is on the old $15 plan. The new $15 plan are for new members unfortunately. It isn’t in her account to switch over to.
Soon her $15 plan will increase to $18.😭.

There's different $15 plans and I don't know why anyone would still have the version that only has unlimited incoing calls and 100 minutes outgoing. There are $15 plans that include unlimtied calling both ways.

if that does not help and you need PM to check, simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
