Does Public provide way to download a .pdf of a monthly bill?

It's on your "view payment history" tab under Payments
There, you'll see the option under the payment description which reads Download Receipt.
Bear in mind you can only download the receipt for the current payment.

@GCP Yes you can download your bill in your account on the payment page
@GCP In your account go to payments then payment history. There is an option to download there.
