Hello,
Can you please explain why my account currently states that my plan cost is $180 when my plan is $120 per 90 days?
Please see below. Can you please correct this?

As everyone said below it’s a known issue. PM is prepaid so you’ll never be overcharged. If you have any addons they’ll rollover to the next month if any portion is unused.

You don't need to contact moderators, your plan is 180 but you get discount
Check your payment history you will see

It's just a display error and a Known issue that Public Mobile has addressed in the past. See link below.
Don't worry about it. You will be charged the normal price that you pay every 90 days.

looks like the computer must have erred when predicting your costs. Go to the top of this page and click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of moderator assistance.
Watch the little envelope icon on top right side of the page...that will be highlighted when they respond to you.
