unfortunely on june 20th 2019 when you went to take the payment out, my credit card had expired but instead of informing me ,you shut the phone off. There is enough money in my account to resume and credit card auto pay can resume...expiry date changed....please fix, this is a emergency phone

Unfortunately, it's your responsiblity to know when your credit card expires and to keep a current one in your account so payments can be processed seamlessly. Update your credit card on file. If you need assistance contact a moderator here:

When you logon your Self-Serve account, do you see "Reactivate" button?
If yes, click on it. It will take the payment due from your Available Funds.
