You need to collect to 20 pointtbefortyou can redeem for $20 bill credit.  

If you have 20 points, then go to My Rewards site , go to Catalogue and choose 20 Points for $20 bill credit and redeem.  Do it at least 2 days before renewal and PM will deposit the credit within 2 days and it will be used towards renewal
