I have tried to make a payment many times and im sure i have filled out all of the charts complitley but everytime it says "Sorry, your credit card transaction was denied by your card issuer, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged. Please contact your card issuer for more information." i try that with 3 cards and im sure those all are working well

@SALEH1 I have copied from another one of my post the closest to what I had to say: have copy of your credit card statement so you can be exact with your address at the beginning and at the end when you enter your credit card info. Have your friends referral code ready to enter on the first page. Now before you begin clear your browser and use secret mode before you start and use Firefox or chrome they work better with the public mobile site. . Enter your credit card info and your address exactly like the statement but do not use the apt/unit box. Leave it blank. Do not use a space in the postal code either. . Scan your work to make sure everything matches and submit. Takes a good long minute for it to submit so be patient. Fingers crossed. If you are not successful too many attempts might trigger a security lock. If so wait til morning and follow these steps again.

@SALEH1 Look in self serve account. Sometimes, it says payment decline but still charges. Check Public Mobile account balance. Check with bank to ensure no double charges.

@SALEH1Make sure you don't fill the apartment field and also truncate the space out of the postal code.
