payment problem and can't submit a ticket

I checked with my bank and my Visa debit card is still working and the is enough money.  I'd like to speak with someone because since the payment didn't go through today, I can't use my phone.

Can you log in to your account? You can make a manual payment there. Or if you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 and make a payment there.

@JF7  .you may need to wait a. Full hour first before trying again and do it on a different device . But here’s how to submit a ticket
