so my credit card was re new and now when i put the new credit information to make a payment it says provider of credit doesn't allow to make a payment a called my provider and they said everything is fine on your account no issues please advice

it did not work also my account is past due date for payment can you look into it

Try using a different browser.  Chrome with incognito mode works well.
