i forgot my password and i also tried forgot my password but still didn’t work

@NDesai@Sometimes the simplest solution is best: change the link to say to reset your password contact the moderator team with a link on how to contact mods. Maybe you can mention that to the powers that be, since they don't seem to pay attention to us users. 🙂

 

Then there is no writing for a password reset or anything.  I temporarily perminant solution while the investigate.

 

Mind you it took them over a month to remove the extra gig text from the activation,unless it is still there,  plan descriptions on the official KB still talk about 10 day plans. I guess they are waiting on approvals from the marketing guys for the text changes.

I fear that's exactly what they've done in the past... Fix one thing somewhere and create two more problems on the way. 😉

 

I have said this before, and disclaimer: I don't work in IT or development so I might be wrong with this. But in my line of work, if so many things, that are influencing all the other components of the system, are malfunctioning, it's best to start from scratch with a completely clean new slate. Keep it simple and clean on the most up-to-date standard.

Good guess, but we were told they need to investigate further even though it clearly is a problem. I am not sure why backend errors/issues that no one complains about are given so much attention.

It doesn't help you at the moment but try using a password manager like Lastpass and have no more forgotten passwords. My passwords are always 10-20 characters long and 99% I don't even know what they are but haven't ever had a problem getting into an account.
