This is not working
I have tried many times to reset and nothing.. no email... i need to pay my bill... I have not changed my password so I dont know what is going on... getting a little frustrated.

Since yours seems like a straightforward fix... maybe one of the moderators could quickly fix it for you. You'll have to send a private message to one of them, and it appears that Shazia_K, Mary_M and Saray_O are all online. They have tags beside their names.
