I'm trying to reset my password so I can log into self serve but when I submit my email address, I see the following error message: ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled

I had the same issue a day ago; tried a few hours later and it was all good.
The web portal is very slow and it's causing some kind of delay/timeout error that results in not being able to log in properly.

Thanks for the tip, @Alex888 - I tried that and I'm still getting the same message. I've sent a private message to see if it can be resolved.
