Hello - my credit card was recently compromised and so i missed the payment date for my phone. I got my service suspended. I was trying to log in to put in my new credit card info but my log in attempt failed. I tried resetting my password but it asks for my security question. I cannot remember what question used as security question.
can you get back to me on this asap, as i need to have my phone back in service starting this evening. i am leading a group of seniors on a trip and they must be able to reach me.
