Hum...not normal...what does your self-serve account shows ACTIVE or suspended or???
Perhaps your voucher isn't IN your account didn't renew your plan...can you see money in your available funds?

@roster, please login to your self serve account to make sure the account is in active status. While there, check also payment history to confirm that payment went through for the renewal.
