i just hate calling in to call centres for switching my bill and talking to rude customer service on here u talk to great people and alot of help

Have you dealt with Bell?I think they're the worst.
/rant They always manage to create some sort of billing mistake in THEIR favour, 100% of the time. Kid you not, I had to call in on a monthly basis to get my bills corrected when I had service with them, each time, it was a different billing error. /rantover

I agreed, is a pain to talk with CS, now I don't need any providers with contract anymore, live and learn

Yes. I have no issues with Rogers. My home internet is with them. I've been getting really good service from them. No call centre issues to report.
I have two friends now with Zoomer (Rogers network). They have an amazing customer service. The call centre staff are great. They are so nice and friendly.
I have my home services with Rogers. Every couple of years I have to negotiate with them on renewing the services. Invariably, it will take about a week or two for me to find the "right agent" that will give me the discounts that I am looking for. As an ultra long term customer, I should not need to go through so many flaming hoops each time. Even when I get what I am looking for, the billing won't reflect the expected changes. It takes a couple of billing cycles to remedy problems. So, I don't enjoy that cat and mouse game.
Last week, I bought a phone the essential phone through Koodo. Their customer service is friendly, but not so knowledgable. Wait times are rather long. Perhaps it may be due to the huge discounts on hardware and large volumes of activations.
I also have experience with Zoomer. Their agents are top shelf, friendly and knowledgable.

I was on the old plan with custumer service, it's absolutly not usefull, in 5 years I called them one to change a plan 🙂

If I wasn't with Public Mobile, I would definitely sign up with Zoomer. Their staff go out of their way for you. I have never experienced better customer service from a call centre.

Oh yeah, the Zoomer customer service and call centre is definitely awesome. Practically no hold times too. Much different from what I experienced with Rogers lol.

Agreed @cork99 the online model really works for me. Not to mention the wait times on the phone to even reach an agent. Good riddance! 🙂

I agree. I have had to deal with call centres a few time this past week to order a phone. It was not a pleasant experience. Lots of down time listening to elevator music. Worse is having to be transferred to another agent complete what I thought was something quite straightforward.
