i wish to keep my current number, but when i go to transfer it over the computer is telling me it is not a valid canadidan phone number. which is strange because i got my number with telus while i was living in kamloops.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
PM contact support team by CS_Agent to fix it.
