HI @eyking was the phone ever work on PM network before?
where you got the phone from? try to contact your previous provider and ask them for device unlock code

Sounds like your phone is locked.
Did you recently purchased it privately?
If so, you need to contact the seller and get their carrier to have it unlocked.
If it is your old phone, contact your old carrier to have it unlocked.

@eyking hi if you just activated an account it sounds like your phone is locked to a previous provider,you will need to contact them to unlock it for you
